Cancellations/late

​

We require a notice of at least 24 HOURS to reschedule/cancel appointments as this is a small business and we respect the time of both our clients and our specialists. Failing to cancel/reschedule will result in a cancellation fee. You MUST contact me through direct message to cancel.

Last minute rescheduling/canceling or no-shows results in a 50% charge of the service. 

​

Please plan to arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment and consider traffic and weather in Miami. There will be a 10 minute grace period, after that no accommodations can be made, in result of following appointments. You will be subject to a cancelation fee.

Things to know 

 

- Be mindful and respectful when bringing guests or pets.

- Credit card, Zelle, and cash is accepted.

- I DO NOT wax men or those with male genitalia below the waist. But any service above the waist may be booked for men.

- If you are actively on Accutane, do not book appointments. Must be off of Accutane for a minimum of one year for any waxing service.

- If you are actively using any forms of Retin-A, Retinol, Tretinoin, or similar creams. You must refrain from using up to 5-7 days before your appointment.
